TESTIMONIALS

-We love the new deck!

-I recently contracted with BPM Contracting to put in a new hardwood floor of 800 sq. ft. in my home and also tearing out some tile in the kitchen and part of the entryway.  I also needed to have my bathtub updated from the older tub-surround with a vinyl floor to a more modern tiled tub with a tiled floor.

BPM Contracting came in at a very competitive bid for both updates and also had a good recommendation.  Also, Paul’s experience level with hardwood flooring was very impressive and he did not have any major concerns about tearing out some of the tile flooring which seemed to be a concern with some of the other contractors.

With the negotiations to do the job, I had multiple bids with many recommendations on exactly what to do and how to do it.  I bounced some of these ideas off of Paul to get his advice and was able to save quite a bit of money without sacrificing quality by doing the following:

We decided to leave some of the tile flooring intact at the entry to the garage and the front door entry.  This was very different from advice that other contractors gave but ultimately it makes sense and is very commonly done.

We were able to get a very good price per square foot on the hardwood.  Paul was instrumental in getting the hardwood delivered quickly and for minimal delivery charges to my home.

Good communication throughout the project and showed good flexibility to make adjustments as needed in order to deliver a high quality end product.

Paul and crew were able to adjust the schedule start time by delaying the project by one week..  They were also able to help me do many things that aided the projects timeline.

Paul was able to adhere very strictly to the quoted price even though there were some snags, which most contractors would have passed on to the customer.

In short, Paul’s management of the bidding and the actual project showed integrity, enthusiasm, patience and adherence to extremely high standards of quality.

I would highly recommend BPM Contracting for additional contracts that involve hardwood flooring or bathroom remodeling where you need to hire someone that you can trust to oversee the entire scope of the project such that the end result is something that you can be proud of.
